Nestled in the heart of Eagle River, Alaska, Mycophiliac Micro Mushroom Farm is a veteran-owned, artisan mushroom farm dedicated to cultivating the highest quality Hericium mushrooms, including the renowned Lion’s Mane. Our mission is to harness the natural power of these incredible fungi to promote health and well-being, with a particular focus on combating traumatic brain injuries (TBI), Alzheimer’s disease, and various cancers.
Our Story
Founded by a retired military veteran with a passion for both mycology and community service, Mycophiliac Micro Mushroom Farm grew out of a desire to make a difference. After serving as an Infantry paratrooper and retiring due to combat injuries, our founder discovered the remarkable health benefits of Hericium mushrooms. Inspired by personal experiences and the growing body of scientific research, we set out to bring these benefits to the wider community.
