  1. Notification: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your product if you believe your mushroom liquid culture is defective.
  2. Proof of Issue: Please send clear pictures showing the defect of the liquid culture to This will help us understand the issue and ensure better service.
  3. Evaluation: Upon receiving the pictures, we will evaluate the condition of the product. If the defect is confirmed as a quality issue from our end, we will arrange for a replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.
  4. Replacement Dispatch: Once the claim is verified and approved, we will send you a replacement culture. We aim to process replacements as swiftly as possible to minimize any disruptions.

Please note that our replacement policy only covers defects in quality and does not extend to issues arising from improper use, storage, or handling by the customer. Ensure that you follow all storage and handling instructions provided with your order to maintain the integrity of the product.
